Kwikset - Warranty seems like it takes an act of Congress
I called over two months ago about a door handle that no longer functions properly.They requested pictures, I sent them over and they replied with an email stating they received my information.
Its been almost 3 weeks and still no further information has been given to me. I try calling daily and wait for over 20 minutes every time before hearing form a love representative. Horrible service, long wait times, no respect for the residential customer at all.
As I write this email I am currently on hold for 18:47 and still no answer.No direct number to anyone and has me annoyed from head to toe!
Monetary Loss: $140.
