I called them because the keys were missing from the unit I bought and Lowe's said I needed to call them. After waiting 20 minutes to speak with an actual person they took all my information for God knows what and then told me that the only way they could help is if I gave them $7.99 for shipping and handling for a new set, even though it says right on the box there is free part replacement.
They, just like their products, suck!!!
